Job Title: Natural / ADABAS Developer - Onsite Only
Primary Skills: JCL OR SCL, complex development projects, large-scale Linux systems, automated child support systems, develop, maintain, update documentation.
Interview Process: May be a web and/or an in-person interview.
Duration: At least three years from start of project.
Location: Jackson, MS. This position is 100% onsite only from Day One. Must be willing to report onsite immediately.

Required Skills
- Experience in IT or related field Required. 10+ yrs.
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree. Required.
- Programming experience in Natural, and the utilization of ADABAS. Experience running Natural processes in batch via JCL and/or SCL, and online. Required. 10 Years.
- Experience in the analysis, design, and programming of large or complex development projects on large-scale Linux systems. Required. 2 Years.
- Experience with automated child support systems. Required. 4 Years.
- Ability to provide subject matter expertise on system architectures. Required. 3 Years.
- Ability to provide recommendations regarding enhancements to the systems and processes. Required. 3 Years.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and updating documentation for procedures, policies, and processes. Required. 3 Years.
- Experience training end users on software. Required. 3 Years.
- Knowledge of child support policies and procedures, and current state and federal mandates as implemented or like those in METSS, the Mississippi statewide child support system.
Required. 2 Years.
- Experience interpreting, designing, and implementing federal and state mandates in Linux systems such as METSS. Required. 2 Years.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
