About the role

As a Revenue Marketing and Events Manager, your primary focus will be on driving successful go-to-market campaigns in North America, with a strong emphasis on event management to create impactful demand generation strategies.

In this role, you will play a vital part in translating Orgvue's ambitious objectives into localized campaign plans, executing them to perfection. Leveraging your expertise in B2B tactics, content marketing, sales enablement, and channel support, you will lead a full range of B2B demand generation activities, both digital and offline. Your expertise in orchestrating events, webinars, social media, and email campaigns will be crucial in seamlessly integrating marketing and sales programs to achieve remarkable results.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns targeted at senior leaders in enterprise companies, supported by quantifiable results. You will be a tenacious individual, thriving in a fast-growing environment, and capable of adapting to changing needs while establishing effective rules and processes as we scale. Your ability to confidently interact with senior stakeholders, external agencies, and sales teams will be paramount, as you foster collaboration to drive business success.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue Marketing for North America and the wider marketing team to devise global and regional campaign plans, with a primary and crucial emphasis on event creation and management. This includes overseeing key industry events, both virtual and in-person, to ensure their success.
  • Lead and guide external agencies and event organizers, making certain that productive partnerships are formed, and agreed-upon returns are achieved for all events.
  • Work in sync with Marketing Operations to continuously enhance campaign implementation, automation processes, tracking, measurement, and insights, with a particular focus on optimizing event planning and execution.
  • Establish a strong alignment and highly productive relationship with Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Account Executives (AEs), especially in the context of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and industry strategy. Your expertise in event planning will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth for enterprise target accounts.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to ensure seamless execution of events and other marketing activities, delivering on monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative & Content teams to craft compelling copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns, with special attention given to event-related content.
  • Work alongside digital marketing to identify and enhance conversions through integrated campaigns, with a keen focus on leveraging events, search, social, and website efforts to maximize impact.
  • Ensure the organization's brand and identity are consistently upheld in all campaigns and communication channels, with special emphasis on maintaining the highest quality representation at events.

Requirements

  • A confident and collaborative communicator, adept at building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, particularly in the context of event planning and management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, especially when it comes to organizing successful events.
  • Excellent cross-functional and team collaboration abilities, fostering a can-do attitude and a drive to achieve success, especially in the context of event-oriented projects.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience, including in high-growth, fast-paced B2B tech companies, with a significant portion of this experience focused on event planning and execution.
  • Proven expertise in successfully launching SaaS and/or software consultancy products to market, with a demonstrated track record of managing impactful events to support such launches.
  • Hands-on ability to develop integrated lead generation campaigns that effectively convert to pipeline using both digital and traditional channels, with a strong emphasis on leveraging events for lead generation.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar platforms, Salesforce, and marketing automation. Experience with LinkedIn Paid Social Demand Generation campaigns is a plus, with an understanding of how events can complement and enhance such campaigns.
