Puppy Community, a premier pet supply store, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are searching for a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service and a love for animals. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and informative shopping experience for all of our customers. The ideal candidate is outgoing, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help customers to select the right products for their pets
• Cashiering and processing transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
• Assist with inventory management activities
• Provide customers with valuable pet care advice

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of pet care and nutrition
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
