We at Rebound Home and Community Therapy are seeking a self-motivated, driven SCHEDULING AND AUTHORIZATIONS MANAGER in the GRAND RAPIDS, MI area to support our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. We are excited to be serving consumers across Michigan with behavioral health challenges, autism spectrum disorder needs, and other associated neurological/behavioral deficits and are needing to hire a scheduling and authorization manager to help facilitate our care delivery.

SCHEDULING AND AUTHORIZATION MANAGER ROLES:

  • Direct/manage/complete all session scheduling responsibilities for clients receiving in-home ABA therapy using our EMR software.
  • Act/work independently to achieve/creatively support staffing needs across Michigan under the direction of our VP/ED of Therapy Services and our ABA Program Director.
  • Ensure all staff are supported through the scheduling process via collaboration with our clinical training team(s) to ensure they are a good fit with the clients they are paired with.
  • Work with our VP/ED of Therapy Services to ensure client care authorizations are being input/managed for urgency, accuracy, and staff/BCBA collaboration.
  • Candidates will be required to fully understand the work we do by going through ABA company orientation themselves to better connect with candidates through the scheduling process.
  • Must be knowledgeable of digital/virtual meetings (Zoom/Google Meet).
  • Perform other duties assigned by VP/ED of Therapy Services and other Supervisors.
  • Grow, train, and support other scheduling/authorization managers, as needed, overtime.

Requirements

Associates and/or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.

Growth/Abundance Mentality Required.

High Degree of Organizational Skills.

Motivated by connections with people.

Training provided.

CEUs provided (as applicable).
