Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Customer Service and Rebate Processing Team Supervisor to join our growing team in the Salt Lake City, Utah Location. As a Senior Customer Service and Rebate Processing Team Supervisor with Resource Innovations, you will be focused on the development and follow through of business processes and ensuring that our team is understanding of these processes. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory or development experience, preferably in a contact center setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily management of staff activities to achieve same day processing ofall received rebate applications
  • Responsible for the daily management of staff customer service adherence goals tosupport client service levels
  • Ensures all applications meet program and quality standards in preparation for payment
  • Manages rebate application pre-batch activities daily and payment batch activities weekly
  • Tests all databases and processes prior to program launches and changes
  • Evaluates current procedures and work with internal teams to implement improvements, further database capabilities, and streamline processing
  • Provides continuous improvement suggestions
  • Monitors and coaches staff regarding daily processing goals and data entry goals
  • Handles customer escalations as needed via call/email to achieve immediateresolution
  • Works directly with client to handle any needs, processing adjustments, additional assignments
  • Engages in team building activities to help staff understand, embrace, and achieve keyperformance indicators
  • Provides program specific training for supported programs, including review of policy/procedure training with each representative
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalency required
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Detail oriented, sharp memory and accuracy skills
  • Call center experience or customer service and chat experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency with Outlook and MS supported programs
  • Superior organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with clients and all levels of internal employees
  • Self-motivation and exceptional follow-through skills are a must
  • Ability to work through difficult tasks in a professional manner
  • Coaching and/or training
  • Leadership experience
  • Team Building
