SoluStaff is currently seeking experienced Senior Field Services Engineers for a national diagnostic imaging service provider in the Oklahoma City area. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience servicing Philips CT/MRI systems and possess an associate's degree or relevant industry experience. This is a dynamic on-site position that requires up to 40% travel, and the candidate should be able to work independently while maintaining the highest level of quality and professionalism. Responsibilities - Perform inspections, investigations, calibrations, and repairs of CT/MR systems from various manufacturers, including but not limited to Philips, GE, Siemens, and Toshiba.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to comply with current OEM specifications to meet equipment safety and mandatory performance levels.
- Utilize remote diagnostics, laptop-based test protocols, power tools, and measuring devices to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment.
- Consult with medical or research staff to ensure equipment functions properly and safely.
- Demonstrate and explain correct operation of equipment to medical personnel.
- Communicate effectively with all levels within a healthcare setting and provide high-level customer satisfaction.
- Work independently or in a group, take direction from others, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industry experience.
- At least five years of experience servicing Philips CT/MR systems.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturers' service documentation, troubleshooting techniques, and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a group and take direction from others.
- Valid driver's license.
- Be willing to work weeknights and weekends to a reasonable extent.
