As a Marketing Project Manager for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

• Leading, planning, and coordinating all marketing activities related to the promotion of a business-unit-specific product launch or marketing initiative (e.g campaigns)
• Navigating through technical or other challenges during development, in deep partnership with a cross-functional AEM technical team
• Driving initial response to content ideas, based on KPIs
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of content and making recommendations for improvement based on data
• Supporting and executing content marketing strategies that align with the sales goals and target audience
• Assuming responsibility for the evolution of the content strategy by defining and refining internal process, creating scalable templates and guiding team members
• Driving discovery, research, and analysis for the role content plays in the overall user experience, identifying and supplying prescriptive design
• Compiling post-mortem analyses to determine areas for optimization and improvement

Requirements

You have:

• 6+ years of progressive experience in content strategy and content production
• Residency in Washington State or Texas
• Strong ability to deliver communications to multiple levels of an organization, from senior executives to field-level employees
• Ability to think creatively and strategically while handling difficult and complex issues in a professional setting
• A deep understanding of how content is the key to personalizing user experiences
• Work experience in a digital agency, strategy consulting organization, content-or ecommerce-focused organization, marketing department, or leading technology company.
• Strong proficiency in AEM and content management tools and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to work within Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable User Experience Tools, Adobe Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

You might also have:

• Robust data and analytical skills
• Experience developing narratives for diverse audiences and using multiple channels for engagement
• Ability to create collaborative relationships with team members, displays clear communication and act proactively
• Intermediate experience in digital advertising, preferably within the programmatic landscape
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive and open attitude, high energy level
