Salary Range: $70-90K
This role will work onsite in the Dallas office 1-2 times per week.
The Senior Recruiter will demonstrate recruiting best practices to support and enhance talent acquisition efforts. One of Jump's prestigious clients has enlisted our help in recruiting for this role. Details on the brand to be disclosed during the first interview.
You will: - Lead the recruitment team in building out and executing on our company-wide hiring plan
- Leverage and optimize existing technology to automate and streamline recruiting and hiring processes
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions through assessments, profiling, etc.
- Completing paperwork for new hires. E-verify, background checks, assessments, etc...
- Managing internship programs.
- Track and analyze budget expenditure; control costs, seek efficiencies and measure cost effectiveness of deliverables
- Partner with Business Leaders to understand hiring needs and implement effective headcount tracking processes
- Train hiring managers and interviewers on best practices for recruiting and interviewing candidates
- Align our hiring practices with our internal talent initiatives, with a strong focus on programs, processes, tools, and training that enable and support our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
- Conceptualize recruiting dashboards and create the capability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations where possible, using reporting and metrics to drive improvements in recruiting processes.
Requirements - Experience working a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are the norm
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the organization both within and across geographical markets
- Ability to operate in a highly matrixed, large, complex organization
- Proven ability to support/interact with senior-level management
- Excellent consultative, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills and outstanding attention to detail and results oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and work as a team player
- Minimum 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans: experience in digital advertising agencies
- Demonstrated ability to consult with managers about talent needs; design and execute recruitment strategies around those needs
- Drive a diverse candidate slate for open positions utilizing traditional recruiting tools and networks while building a strategy around long-term talent pipelines
- Experience using social media tools for attracting, marketing, engagement, networking, and sourcing; to include but not limited to LinkedIn
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
