Near is looking for a RevOps team member to support Revenue Operations and Go-to-Market reporting and metrics. The Revenue Team is growing quickly and they need a star player who can support the growing team in all things operations. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, your role is to support the financial success of the organization by optimizing revenue generation processes, analyzing revenue data, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to streamline revenue operations and ensure accurate and efficient revenue reporting. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of revenue management principles. You will be a trusted adviser and business partner to sales leadership as well as an invaluable resource to the entire team.

A Day in the Life:

  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor key revenue metrics.
  • Communicate revenue insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions to provide analytical support and contribute to revenue-focused initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
  • Identify areas for revenue improvement and recommend strategies to maximize revenue generation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing pricing models and revenue forecasting techniques.
  • Help end-users with their questions, support requests, and problems. Assist them with the deals and contract approvals, manage the deal approval process.
  • Streamline revenue operations processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies in revenue-related systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
  • Maintain and update revenue-related data in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on CRM usage related to revenue tracking.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to align revenue-related goals and strategies.


What you bring to the role:

  • Youre a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • You love problem-solving and can proactively identify, plan and resolve solutions to complex business problems
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, revenue operations, data analytics or related fields
  • You have experience with SaaS, B2B, and technical sales business models, preferably at high-growth companies.
  • Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Proven record in forging strong working relationships
  • CRM certification is a plus, otherwise you have near expert knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce administration
  • A keen interest to develop your understanding and expertise in the field of revenue or sales operations.
  • Solid understanding of data sources, data organization and storage
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced Domo backend administration experience
  • Database and SQL, preferred
  • Nice to have experience or knowledge around administering Gong, PandaDocs, ChurnZero, Highspot

Compensation:

  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • $100,000 - 125,000 + bonus
