To continue this trajectory, were searching for a highly qualified Senior Project Manager to work closely with our CEO/Founder and our Chief Strategy Officer. From day one, the Project Manager will have an immediate impact on productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, participating in the development of new company initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between all parties. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, with a special focus on executive-level and interdepartmental collaboration.

Objectives
  • Project Management: Oversee, monitor, and drive progress on key strategic business initiatives to ensure successful execution under the guidance of our CEO and Chief Strategy Officer.
    • Maintain active communication with executives and leadership across all departments and business sectors to ensure projects are completed promptly.
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, executives, and senior leaders, regarding company initiatives, project updates, proposals, and planning across all business units.
  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining historical records, planning, coordinating recurring meetings, and scheduling facilities.
  • Participate in all business meetings with the CEO and Chief Stratgey Officer, taking detailed notes, following up on tasks and managing projects through to completion.
  • Build and develop relationships with executives and team leads for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies
  • Assist CEO and executives with special tactics and projects, serving as a lead project manager: creating, and maintaining detailed spreadsheet reports via Microsoft Excel, building clean and compelling presentations via Microsoft PowerPoint, overseeing projects from conception through completion while successfully collaborating across multiple departments as needed.
  • Support internal and external inquiries related to all business initiatives.
  • Assists with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a similar field related to Project Management
  • 5+ years in a Project Management role.
  • Experience in the Consultancy or investment banking, or capital investment industry.
  • Experienced in handling sensitive and highly proprietary information and material, working with a high sense of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proven project management and operations experience organizing and directing multiple teams, departments, and projects.
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Experience with data analysis and budget management
  • Exceptional hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Including Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing calendars and emails via Google Suite.
