Responsibilities:

• Utilize your creativity and mastery of video creation to shoot and edit engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
• Develop innovative and captivating concepts for videos that align with our brand and engage our target audience.
• Proactively produce videos that are both informative and visually appealing, showcasing our commitment to justice and empathy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production and social media to ensure our content remains cutting-edge and effective.
• Collaborate with our podcast producer to assist in podcast production, creating synergies between our social media and podcasting efforts.
• Contribute ideas and strategies for social media branding and marketing to enhance our online presence and reach a wider audience.
• Apply graphic design skills to create visually striking assets for social media posts and campaigns.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in shooting and editing high-quality videos, using your own camera equipment and software.
• A deep passion for video creation and storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong command of social media best practices, with experience managing social media campaigns and driving engagement.
• At least 2 years of experience in shooting and editing videos, preferably in a fast-paced and creative environment.
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
• Graphic design experience to create visually appealing assets that align with our brand.

The anticipated pay range for candidates in this position is $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including years of experience within the job and the required industry, education, and alignment with our core values. Please note that Sepulveda Sanchez Law is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
