Responsibilities:

   • Collaborate on crafting compelling content that captivates audiences, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
   • Engage with social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster authentic connections.
   • Stay up to date with the latest trends and emerging practices, contributing innovative ideas to client campaigns.
2. Content Creation Wonderland:
   • Work closely with our creative team to develop engaging visuals, videos, and captivating captions that resonate with the target audience.
   • Adapt client brand guidelines to create cohesive and captivating content that tells their story effectively.
   • Conduct research to gather insights and relevant information, supporting the creation of compelling social media content.
   • Contribute to the development and management of social media content calendars.
3. Analytics Adventure:
   • Dive into social media analytics using various tools, analyzing metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and provide valuable insights.
   • Assist in preparing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), showcasing the impact of social media campaigns.
   • Collaborate with the team to generate optimization recommendations based on data analysis, enhancing social media engagement.
4. Client Collaboration and Support:
   • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and communications, providing updates on social media campaigns and engaging in meaningful discussions.
   • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction, addressing inquiries and concerns related to social media marketing.
5. Research and Strategy Wonderland:
   • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and emerging trends in social media marketing.
   • Contribute to the development of social media strategies and campaign concepts for clients, infusing creativity and fresh perspectives.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field (or recently graduated).
• A genuine passion for social media and digital marketing, eager to learn and grow in the field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging content.
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to social media campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a bonus, but not required.
