About Kuecker Pulse Integration (KPI)

Created in July 2021 as a result of combination of Kuecker Logistics Group, PULSE Integration and QC Software by private equity firm Ares Management, Kuecker Pulse Integration (KPI) is a systems integrator that seeks out leading technologies within the areas of material handling equipment and information systems and combines

them with proven design and operational strategies to help improve our customers operations. Our talented group of industry experts combine the powers of scalable material handling systems, innovative software and custom automation engineering for complete, unique solutions that help companies, across a broad spectrum of industry segments, become leaders in their industries. We are equipment agnostic, and our solutions incorporate leading technologies such as mobile robots, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), automated guided vehicles (AGV), goods-to-person technology, sortation, and conveyor. KPI currently has approximately 200 FTEs and $150m revenue with growth expected to double in size (at a minimum) through organic and acquisitive activities.

A Solutions Engineer identifies functional and technical system requirements, determination of operator rate improvements, definition of material flow, process, and site layout for MHE automation solutions. The Solution Designer (Engineer) is the design owner and works in conjunction with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop a feasible business case for our prospects.

• Work with customers to design a wide array of material handling equipment systems solutions with attractive ROIs across fast growing industries.
• Lead the discovery of client requirements through site visits, interviews and data analysis.
• Build new tools and processes to accelerate the design effort.
• Team with sales executives to produce clear and concise materials for executive-level audience.
• Partner with internal Engineering and partner Suppliers to identify solution requirements and enhancements.
• Assist in all facets of Customer Lifecycle - sales, solutions, services, support, and account management.
• Understanding of Intralogistics process and material flows.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Civil, Controls Engineering (Masters degree in Engineering or Business a plus)
• 5-7 years of experience in related discipline (Pre-sales consulting, Industrial Engineering)
• Experience in supply chain software, warehouse management software, or automation. Warehousing/Distribution/Fulfillment operational experience a plus
• Proven ability to work with and analyze large data sets with MS Access Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI. (SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Experience setting up internal processes for data analytics/business process A PLUS.
• Must have a strong customer focus and be able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence. Able to answer customer technical questions in a friendly and encouraging manner
• Strong presentation skills with the confidence to present to large, executive-level audiences
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel 40-60%. This position will be a hybrid position based out of our York, PA location.
