KPI Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our associates, helping them to resolve complex IT issues and maintain optimal system performance. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to KPI Solutions associates via phone, email, and remote access. Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Servers, and Windows client systems. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and enhance system administration capabilities. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Monitor and analyze system performance and proactively address potential issues. Train and mentor junior Analysts, contributing to their professional development. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve technical knowledge and skillset. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support role. Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, ITIL) are highly desirable. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Strong experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and Windows client administration and troubleshooting. Any of the below skills are a plus: Microsoft Data Protection Microsoft Intune SharePoint Cybersecurity certification Position is preferred onsite or hybrid onsite in one of our offices: Kansas City, MO, Cincinnati, OH, Nashville, TN, Grand Rapids, MI, or Pittston, PA. Will consider remote for exceptionally qualified candidates. Occasional travel to KPI offices or client sites. Typically, travel will be less than 15%.
