Our client, a large global refrigerant company, has an immediate need for a Sr. Business Analyst to join their team! The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for managing and implementing processes, solutions, and capabilities to drive strategies and advancement. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: facilitating implementation of projects, ensuring effective communication across all teams and working collaboratively across all internal resources and external vendors for flawless project execution. The Sr. Business Analyst should have a background in business skills, management, communication, and analysis. Additionally, the Sr. BA should be an excellent communicator and comfortable with managing multiple tasks. They will be responsible to deliver programs/projects on time and perform at the most effective and efficient level in order to meet both internal and external customers needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget adhering to industry SLDC methodology
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility working with IT partners/vendors
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation from business team and internal functions (i.e. Information Technology)
  • Develop detailed project plans, as needed and assigned, to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and communicate to manager and team as requested and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques as requested
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, partners, and vendors
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation as assigned/requested
  • Ensure compliance with current regulatory and healthcare compliance guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree is required. Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems is preferred
  • Ability to think strategically about technology and business processes and determine new solutions to improve overall efficiency is required
  • Ability to develop large scale project plans that require cross solution integration and lead a project from inception to implementation is preferred
  • Ability to work with business owners and suggest alternative solutions. Thorough understanding of how to map existing business processes and develop new, transformed processes as well as management of work-flows is required
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with ability to write communications for a variety of audiences is required
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with all levels across the organization, as well as to interact effectively with senior management is required
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects is required
