Ally Pediatric TherapyA specialty clinic for children with autism, is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
We have built a clinic that is focused on helping children with autism develop verbal and social skills by integrating the expertise of Speech-Language Pathologists and evidence-based treatment methods based on the principles and of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior. Position MissionOversee the implementation of speech, language, and feeding services by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients in addition to supervising skilled clinicians and collaborating with fellow SCs to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Provides supervision, training, and feedback to staff to ensure staff implement client programs with fidelity.
- Facilitates Quarterly Conversations and monthly scorecard reviews with direct reports.
- Provides appropriate supervision to SLPAs as outlined by Ally, AZ Department of Health, and ASHA. (If applicable)
- Complete administrative duties relevant to job including timely response to emails (48 hours).
- Collaborates with clients treatment team in order to create unified, efficient, and effective treatment plan, including with pediatrician via medical professional signature on reports.
- Facilitates appropriate clinical recommendation(s), based on diagnosis given at onset of treatment, duration of services and discharge.
- Creates, monitors, and revises client treatment plans and goals to support client growth and skill mastery.
- Participates in COC/Parent training meetings along with BCBAs as appropriate.
- Converts 100% of all delivered sessions (billable and nonbillable) by the end of the week.
- Conducts clinically appropriate (re)assessments.
- Ensures all new and existing client assessments are completed within 4 weeks of receiving authorization or pre-determination from billing and all services which require payor authorization are authorized in advance of treatment delivery.
- Develops and maintains strong rapport and customer experience with families.
Physical Requirements - Must have the ability to lift and carry clients and maintain a variety of postures including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time. Candidate must also have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Knowledge of and proficiency with a range of clinical approaches to care
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred, not required.
- Strong assessment skills and treatment planning expertise
- Good analytical/critical thinking skills with the ability to record, track, and analyze therapy progress.
- Strong positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish productive, professional relationships with parents, children and other clinical staff
Education and ExperienceCCC-SLP - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- For SLP candidates: Must be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with the Arizona Department of Health and have a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Ability to obtain and maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification.
- Excellent technology and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
CF-SLP - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- For SLP candidates: Must be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with the Arizona Department of Health

Work Environment - Sitting, standing, and moving throughout the day in a clinical environment
- Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
- Work from the clinic
Benefits - Compensation: CCC-SLP: $65,000+ DOE / CF-SLP: $60,000+ DOE
