Responsibilities

• Design technical documentation and specifications for Exotec's rack and sub-assembly installations for new projects, in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams (Exotec Sales and Deployment Engineering teams)
• Verify the conformity of the technical documentation and the technical requirements of the orders
• Perform final validations of the rack assemblies and planning with suppliers
• Provide technical support to partners and suppliers, in alignment Exotec quality standards.
• Participate in the installation of the rack, if necessary at the customer site, to ensure that it is in phase within the schedule
• Qualify any suppliers and work on incident resolutions alongside Exotec's Product Quality team

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar role, ideally within the warehouse automation or materials handling industry
• In-depth knowledge of racking supplies and solutions, particularly automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS)
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably in industrial engineering
• Experience building, fostering and maintaining supplier partnerships
• Broad knowledge of robotics would be helpful
• Comfort working in a diverse, international environment
• Motivated by challenges and solving technical problems
