Qualitest is looking for an experienced Retail and Consumer Goods (RCG) Account Manager to work in our fast-growing RCG Sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales and business development background and have experience in developing and delivering new business within the Retail and Consumer Goods sector. The right candidate will have a demonstrable ability to think strategically about business with the skill set to drive the client strategy, as well as the tactical execution of sales and business development goals.

Responsibilities-

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with mid-to-large enterprise clients from RCG domain
• Plan, implement and manage sales activities and pipeline to meet annual revenue targets and business goals;
• Work hand in hand with internal teams (Sales/ Customer Success, CoE, and Delivery) to develop and manage account strategy. Understand key risks and assist in managing and mitigating them through tactical plans and actions; this skill is applicable during the deal pursuit stage, as well as during the performance stages.

• Evangelize Qualitest's unique capabilities to deliver complex, leading edge, industry specific custom solutions through presentations and discussions, participation at events, speaking engagements and trade shows.
• Drive transformational changes needed to achieve the customers' objectives, informed by deep industry and engineering expertise.
• Participates in the continued development of internal processes, contributes to mindshare, build artifacts and methodologies.
• Accountable for pipeline development, convert into revenue, manage healthy margin, e, and value delivered across assigned accounts and serves as the point person for all customer negotiations.

Requirements

1. 10+ years as an account manager in a services firm

2. Experience driving growth in tier 1 US based financial services firm

3. Actively participate in the pursuit process of our large scale deals, working cross-functionally to ensure we are selling what we can deliver as aligned with the customers objectives; work with teams to deliver the pitch, define scope/team and contribute to pricing and contractual arrangements.

4. Work hand in hand with internal teams (Sales/ Customer Success, CoE, and Delivery) to develop and manage account strategy.

5. Responsible for communications with the client and within Qualitest up to the CxO level regarding expectations, performance, governance and issue escalation/resolution during the course of delivery to ensure success.

6. Accountable for overseeing end-to-end service delivery and ensuring all contractual commitments are met. Works with the customer to amend and approve changes as necessary.

7. Drive transformational changes needed to achieve the customers' objectives, informed by deep industry and engineering expertise.

8. Effectively leads and inspires the QT team members engaged in the delivery. Coach and develop the team.

9. Participates in the continued development of internal processes, contribute to mindshare, build artifacts and methodologies.

10. Accountable for pipeline development, convert into revenue, manage healthy margin, ensure higher CSAT, and value delivered across assigned accounts and serves as the point person for all customer negotiations

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is$160,000 - $200,000
