Bring up bench-top level development setup for process improvement on electro optical device.
Verify and analyze NMR, LCMS, UV-Vis spectroscopy.
Running chemical analysis informs chemistry lifetime and stability.
Publish results and inform cross functional team.
Compare and verify the electro-optical device with improved design.
Conduct chemical analysis and study chemical properties of matter like lifespan of lens, degradation of material etc.
Execution of development test plans and DOEs, including test / measurement of optical components
Document performance / issues and provide rapid feedback to process and design teams
Working closely with ME/EE/optics engineers to lead build and test efforts
