Requirements

Marketing Coordinator: This is where you come in.

Were looking for a Marketing Coordinator to provide support to the MarCom team in implementing the company's communication strategy and executing various marketing initiatives. Your main responsibilities include, creating content for various communication channels, coordination of company-wide communications, assisting with graphics and marketing collateral requests, supporting company events, and managing the companys online store. Youll be successful if you collaborate with different departments to ensure internal communications distribution lists are streamlined and up to date, as well as providing administrative support to the MarCom team. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:

  • Assist MarCom team in developing and implementing a communications strategy designed to further company objectives and support updates to our communication channels.
  • Be responsible for collecting, formatting, and distributing companywide communications via our internal communications platform.
  • Provide graphic design support by updating and editing existing design file templates, and assist with graphic requests for internal flyers
  • Develop and compile monthly reports and analytics to inform communication creation; setting benchmarks and goals to track progress and growth.
  • Assist with maintaining a system for ordering, storing, and distributing promotional and collateral materials.

The Marketing Coordinator role reports to Nicole Martin Brand and Communications Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have

  • A track record of leveraging knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Expertise working in different programs (Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Suites Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Video Editing Software)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience supporting or working in a marketing or communications role

Benefits

Compensation: $21 - $29/hr
