Our client, seeks a Help Desk or Technical Support professional to support internal users with hardware/software issues. This is a full time contract position working onsite 5 days a week in Princeton, NJ
- Phone, InPerson and Remote Access Support
- Preform 1st / 2nd level troubleshooting on all siftware and hardware issues
- Record technical solutions for tickets
- Experience in help desk / technical support / call center environment
- Previous Experience with ticketing software
- COMPTIA A+ preferred

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Help Desk and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
- Excellent problem solver; able to prioritize and coordinate between tasks
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills, both written, verbal
