Our client, a financial services company, is seeking anInfrastructure Analyst-1
Location: Remote
Position Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and research AutoSys job failure issues
- Troubleshoot AutoSys environment and agent issues
- Quality Assurance and mgiration of production AutoSys jobs (JIL)
- Facilitate Batch LCAB
- Maintain job documentation library
- Ensure Enterprise Job standards and policies are followed
Required Skills: - Knowledge of AutoSys r12
- Understanding of AutoSys Workload Agent
- Workload scheduling concepts
- Create and manage jobs in AutoSys
- Troubleshooting knowledge for AutoSys job failures
- Linux OS knowledge
Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Familiar with ITIL and Change Control best practices
- Attention to detail a must
