We are currently hiring a Volunteer Coordinator to join The National Lutheran Communities & Services family. The main responsibility will be to monitor and maintain the volunteer program. You will also coordinate a volunteer services program to assist in the delivery of services to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of its residents through obtaining an adequate team of volunteers.
Requirements
You will need prior experience working with seniors. If you have leading and planning experience, that would be preferred. You will also need proficient computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
