Daily Responsibilities - Provide back-up phone support
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Manage and negotiate warranty claims with customers and suppliers
- Order entry management with a strict attention to detail
- Communicate status of Purchase Orders with customers
- Liaison between Sales, shipping, and customers.
- Review orders for accuracy related to quantity, availability of items, pricing and expected ship date
- Assist in coordinating shipping: small package & back up LTL freight
- International shipping documentation assistance
- Update and monitor daily order status
- Review and maintain open order/backorder reports
- Offer post sale support by reconciling shipping and pricing errors.

Requirements Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills. This position requires and upbeat, friendly and proactive personality.
- Consistent attendance; must be punctual and reliable.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, time-management and
organization skills - Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and coordinate with others when needed
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to establish rapport with customers; comfortable on the phone
- 5+ year's administrative/logistics experience
Benefits
Annual salary range commensurate with ability. $45,000 - $52,000 Benefits include: Profit Sharing Plan, 401k Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability Insurance, Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Leave.
