RESPONSIBILITIES | ACCOUNTABILITIES
The job responsibilities of our VP, Performance Marketing include, but are not limited to:
- Building a top-performing marketing team
- Ensure the marketing team is delivering best-in-class capabilities and partnership across all departments, instilling a culture of collaboration and curiosity, with a results-driven mindset
- Managing all marketing resources including graphic designers, content producers, and digital / social resources to:
- Build / Manage a robust agency network to support all marketing efforts
- Generate leads for Sales
- Manage Aardvark & Affiliated Brands via all communication mediums
- Build / Manage content and campaign strategy & delivery
- Optimize SEO & SEM
- Create tools for client engagement & expansion
- Staying abreast of industry trends / innovations to ensure we are delivering compelling programs that deliver on client KPIs
- Constantly conduct data analysis to understand sales attribution across different channels and optimize the media mix to grow sales
- Create, manage, and review performance dashboards to enable data driven decision making
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience Required
- 15+ Years of Marketing experience
- 10+ Years of Team Management
- Experience driving revenue in a B2C environment
- Experience leading a team of creative individuals including creative conceptors, designers, brand managers and digital / social experts
- Ability to create, and manage execution of, a robust content / campaign strategy
- Willingness to join as a Player-Coach, digging in while building a high performing team
- Strategic agility - ability to translate a vision into a comprehensive set of tools & processes
- Comfort with very direct communication; You are clear, upfront and concise
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
- Strong moral compass
- Proven ability to get stuff done
- Strong expertise in marketing technology and digital platforms
- Testing and scaling experience for new marketing channels
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing funnels
- Business architectural understanding and the ability to create and execute on platform vision
Preferred
- History of building and managing a high-performing agency network
- Proven track record of generating leads for sales
- Agency experience

Salary - $160,000-185,000 base salary, bonus eligible

This position is based in the Philly area; candidates must live in the area or be open to relocation. This is an on-site position that will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
