Vice President Growth Marketing and Data Activation

As the Vice President of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a ground up comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive revenue and customer acquisition for our organization. You will grow and lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement growth opportunities across various channels and segments. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative cross channel marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven growth marketing strategy that aligns with EDHs company's goals and objectives. Within 6 months you will develop and Execute (against established goals) an integrated digital marketing strategy.
  • Develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive high performance and achieve growth targets Initial team is small but will grow with opportunities delivered and required need.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Collaborate with Operations, Analytics and IT t to ensure proper tracking, reporting, and attribution of marketing activities and their impact on revenue.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and our competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Product Marketing, Sales, Operations and Account Management teams to understand client and member needs and optimize the customer journey to drive awareness, utilization, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and events. In many cases you will be setting the foundation and testing parameters around each channel to guide its integration into our marketing programs and where and when it should be adopted in our overall business strategy.
  • Data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Collaborate with Operations, Analytics and IT t to ensure proper tracking, reporting, and attribution of marketing activities and their impact on revenue.
  • Drive experimentation and innovation by testing new marketing channels, tactics, and technologies to identify scalable growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role in growth marketing, preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS company. Healthcare experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective growth marketing strategies (Foundational to fully firing) that have driven significant revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data and analytics platforms to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and tactics, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

Must-Haves

  • Growth Marketing / Digital Channel Management ability to drive the strategy but as needed activate against it as the team is built and defined.
  • A business athlete with analytical skills, and quantitative comfort to structure, analyze and interpret data around our biggest challenges and opportunities. Very fluent with numbers, defining media spend and able to build quick-and-dirty analysis independently.
  • Exemplary people leadership skills for your direct teams, driving talent acquisition and retention across all levels in your reporting structure.
  • Crisp written and verbal communicator with the ability to take complex, ambiguous concepts and distill them into an understandable narrative. This is high impact, high exposure educational role in our organization.
  • C-level presence and confidence to meet with internal and external partners at the most senior level.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and enhance the organization's brand presence. You may work with agencies and contractors to support your overall vision as you build out a team to support growth internally.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
