Elements Massage is a leading provider of customized massage sessions that cater to the individual needs of our clients. Our mission is to provide exceptional service that enhances the physical and emotional well-being of our clients. We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) to join our team. The WMA will play a critical role in building relationships with clients, promoting our health and wellness services, and ensuring client satisfaction. As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional skills, work in a dynamic and supportive environment, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure they receive the best service possible.
  2. Promote our health and wellness services to clients and prospects through various marketing channels.
  3. Conduct in-person, phone, and online consultations for prospective members and guide them through the membership sign-up process.
  4. Create and maintain accurate client records, ensuring all new member paperwork is completed accurately.
  5. Manage client accounts and resolve inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by effectively promoting our health and wellness services and maintaining an active client base.
  7. Participate in training and continuing education programs to improve knowledge and skills related to health and wellness services.

Job Competencies:

  1. Sales / Persuasiveness: Effectively promote health and wellness services to clients and prospects.
  2. Building Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
  3. Communication: Conduct consultations and guide prospective members through the membership sign-up process.
  4. Organizational Skills: Create and maintain accurate client records and manage client accounts efficiently.
  5. Goal Orientation: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by actively promoting health and wellness services and maintaining an active client base.
  6. Continuous Learning: Participate in training and continuing education programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to health and wellness services.

We offer a competitive salary of $14-15 per hour (depending on experience), along with bonus and incentives. Additionally, after one year of employment, you will be eligible for one week of paid time off. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service or related field.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person and over the phone with clients and prospects.
  • Passion for health and wellness and a strong desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.
