Your Title: Administrative Assistant

Your Location: Remote Anywhere within the USA

You Report To: Manager, Funding

Compensation: $17/hour plus bonus!

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9-5:30pm EST

About the Opportunity:

First Help Financial, voted and certified as a Great Place to Work by our workforce for two years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Funding department to accommodate our remarkable growth! The Administrative Assistants primary responsibilities are to address incoming calls and visitors and to manage the departments file package storage system. This role is important to the Funding departments efficiency and the companys ability to retrieve and analyze historical information about our loans.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Call insurance agents to retrieve insurance binders
  • Draft RISC corrections letters and request RISC corrections letters to be mailed.
  • Manage income deal volume and assign appropriately across our Funding associate team;
  • Assign ready deals to audit
  • Monitor faxes, email, and shared email inboxes
  • Provide superior service to our dealers partners and prospective customers, including answering and routing income calls as applicable
  • Chase missing documentation though dealers and other third parties.
  • Assist Managers with department projects.
  • Additional responsibilities and projects may apply.
