About the Position:

The Agency Development Lead will join the business development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing services across multiple verticals to effectively drive business growth. This role reports to our Director of Business Development. The salary range for this position is $90k-$120k.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work and will perform the work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas.

Your Impact

  • Business Development: You will generate new business opportunities by identifying, pursuing, and closing deals by way of assessing, evaluating, negotiating, and prioritizing new business opportunities that align with Level Agencys business objectives
  • Client Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with potential new clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Storytelling: You will deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders to effectively communicate the agency's development strategy, goals, and progress.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to develop and implement new business strategies.
  • Competitive: You will identify new trends, opportunities, and potential partners and competitors in the industry.
  • Project Management: You will be responsible for managing projects related to new business opportunities, ensuring that they are executed on time and within budget.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: You will analyze metrics related to business development efforts, such as sales data and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies.
  • Growth Mindset: You will stay informed about industry trends and be able to communicate how their company's products and services can benefit potential clients or partners.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the digital marketing industry and related trends and technologies
  • Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies
  • Experience with financial analysis and forecasting, including creating and analyzing financial models and projections
  • Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks associated with new business opportunities
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software tools
