About the Position:

The Agency Development Operations Manager will join the business development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our sales department. This role reports to our Agency Development Lead. The salary range for this position is $60k-$80k.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work and will perform the work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas.

Your Impact:

  • Data Analysis and Insights: You will analyze sales data and develop insights to drive revenue growth and optimize sales performance.
  • Sales Strategy: You will develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve sales efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate with marketing, client success, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales objectives with company goals.
  • Sales Process Management: You will manage and optimize the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Performance Measurement: You will develop and maintain sales metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: You will manage the sales forecasting and budgeting process.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive revenue growth and optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain sales metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing sales strategies, lead generation, and sales process optimization.
  • Proficient in using sales analytics tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, budgeting, and compliance procedures.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey ideas, collaborate effectively with team members and clients, and build strong relationships.
