RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Must have vast experience with open hole wireline tools

1. Provide expert ISI technical product advice, experience, and knowledge to internal global

team members, comprised of Intelligent Conveyance Specialist and other stakeholders.

2. Work directly, in partnership, with the end user making sure to always comprehend, define,

and confirm all user requirements and scope of work is entirely and appropriately

understood and well defined.

3. Provide strategic recommendations relating to existing product and is always prepared to

recommend alternative solutions when and where it may benefit the customer.

4. Assist the customer, by promoting and teaching best use/placement of product and

interface with third-party equipment.

5. Ensure all test and QA requirements are reviewed and defined up front.

6. Advise on the practical aspect of product design, focusing on the interface between

product and third-party equipment, as well as the down hole environment.

7. Ensure designed equipment is relevant and fit-for-purpose.

8. Plan, design, coordinate, and implement Impact Selector product training for internal and

external Customers.

9. Act as primary on-site customer trainer providing full customer product education as

dictated by internal processes or external customer requests.

10. Actively participate in the delivery of product test and customer demonstrations.

11. Ensure new and existing product improvement opportunities are managed and processed

through the customer feedback process.

12. Ensure all customer complaints are effectively handled to conclusion: including

documented via the First Alert Process. Responsible for coordinating the companys

response and tasked with ensuring necessary internal actions are undertaken to resolve

complaint issues. This may include designing, creating, and distributing technical reports

for internal and external analysis, as well as other evaluation tools.

13. Ensure all lessons learned, including product improvement opportunities, are captured and

administered according to internal processes.

14. Ensure all product related information is maintained according to internal procedure and

kept current.

15. In conjunction with members of the Sales, Technical Design, and Engineering departments,

actively work to ensure that best practices are identified, captured, and implemented; and

that any areas of uncertainty are resolved.

16. Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes associated with respective area of

responsibility are compiled and remain accurate and effective; and ensure all relevant

records are completed, processed, and filed correctly.

17. Plan, schedule, and execute personal workload to agreed timescales.

18. Ensure continued, measurable improvement in respective areas; and represent ISI as

Wireline Product Champion.

19. Ensure requirements of the QHS Integrated Management System are implemented and

compiled according to internal procedure. Contribute improvement solutions and ideas in

support of ongoing QHS improvements.

20. Maintain training and certifications in order to deploy to all type of field jobs and rigs.

21. Follow all ISI policies, including but not limited to Travel Policies, Travel Authorization

procedures, and expense reimbursement practices.

22. Follow all First Alert Processes and ensure management is notified immediately of any

customer complaints, or service quality issues.

23. Prepare reports as directed by management.

Requirements

QUALITY CONTROL: To participate and assist in maintaining the ISO approved quality system.

TRAINING: Employee to stay suitably informed and trained in all areas that the position requires.

SAFETY: Employee to ensure that all statutory safety and environmental issues are adhered to

along with the Companys safety procedures.

COMMUNICATION: Employee to maintain active channels of communication with direct

supervisor, colleagues and other affected parties concerning email, phone calls and additional

methods of contact.
