We are looking for a creative visionary who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on our brand and helping us continue to grow at an impressive pace.

As our Art Director, you will:

• Develop and execute a cohesive creative vision for the brand across all channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Use data-driven insights to guide creative decisions and optimize Amazon listing visuals for improved cohesive branding, conversion, and visibility
• Lead creative project management, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery of high-quality assets
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and visually stunning content that reflects our brand and drives growth
• Mentor and guide our in-house design team, inspiring creativity and fostering professional development
• Work closely with the copywriter and product developer to ensure our messaging and visuals are aligned with our target audience
• Take the lead on key projects, from concept to completion, demonstrating a strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Handle the coordination and supervision of photo and video shoots, ensuring the provision of premium raw materials for our creative team.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as an Art Director, ideally within an ecommerce or D2C environment
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your creative talent and ability to work across multiple channels and formats
• A visionary with a keen eye for aesthetics, design trends, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ambition and hunger to grow within the company, with a potential path towards a Creative Director role
