Responsibilities

• Proactively support and assist the McCullough Law team
• Prepare, review, implement, and carry out our highly customized estate-planning and asset-protection plans with exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking
• Prepare, review, and advise on business, creation, structure, and maintenance
• Ensure documents and advice meet federal, state, and IRS tax laws and align with firm best practices and procedures
• Meet and exceed internal and external deadlines
• Manage multiple high priority tasks at a time
• Complete CLE requirements

Requirements

• Two years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, business and/or tax law preferred
• Licensed with the state of Utah
• Ability to effectively receive, implement, and provide feedback
• Possess high standards of excellence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Strong research, reviewing, and editing skills
• Must have professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Applicants must be available to work onsite, full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:25 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $72,500 DOE*
