The Role of a Bilingual Hospitality Branch Manager with HotelPro!
- Cultivate a path of learning & professional development for branch team
- Build professional relationships in the hospitality sector, specially hotel & housekeeping department
- Oversee risk management and proactively ensure workplace safety
- Manage and lead client (hotel) service activities
- Anticipate and resolve client (hotel) challenges
- Be available by phone for client (hotel) and Team Members (housekeeping)
- Develop & lead branch activities
- Lead hotel market sales activity
- Create an inclusive team environment
- Stay current with hotel industry, housekeeping trends & market tendencies

Requirements
What We Are Looking for in a Bilingual Hospitality Branch Manager with HotelPro!
- 2 years of experience in staffing and/or hotel operations, ideally in the housekeeping department
- 2 years of management experience (ideally in housekeeping)
- Sales experience
- Record of success in a team environment (preferably hotel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills: ability to learn and work with new programs
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hotel management: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English and Spanish fluently (Required)
