Your Role as a Bilingual Hospitality Operations Coordinator:
- Visit hotel clients based on operational needs
- Carry out client activities/requests as assigned by manager
- Build positive relationships with Team Members
- Support safety initiatives
- Assist with the coordination of the flow of candidates throughout the recruitment process (offer, pre-hire, onboarding, etc.)
- Assist branch with onboarding and training
- Contribute to various administrative tasks, as assigned by manager
- Ensure appropriate operational administrative functions meet company standards
- Deliver support to the daily workflow of the office: copying, scanning, uploading, calling, storing information, etc.
- Support the branch recruiting strategy
- Support system maintenance
Requirements
What We Are Looking for in the Bilingual Hospitality Operations Coordinator
- 1 year+ of hotel supervisor or inspector experience required (preferably housekeeping)
- Excellent computer skills with the willingness and ability to learn new technology
- Great organizational skills and detail oriented
- Fulfill daily assignments without extensive supervision
- Extraordinary customer service skills
- Hotel (preferably hotel housekeeping) or staffing experience preferred
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
