This role will help us find sponsors for our events and activations and will pay $30/hour plus 10% commission on all sponsorship deals landed. This is a part-time role to start with the potential for growth! Speak Your Way To Cash is a leading provider of professional training and coaching services for speakers and entrepreneurs. We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development & Sponsorship Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for helping to grow our business through strategic partnerships and sponsorships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about landing sponsorships for a vetted company with a long history of planning and executing incredible events for diverse entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to increase revenue and profitability
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and donors
- Negotiate sponsorship and partnership agreements
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase sponsor and partner visibility
- Manage and track sponsorships and partnerships to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create effective sponsorship and partnership programs
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness and ROI of sponsorship and partnership programs
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sponsorship sales, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Demonstrated track record of generating revenue through sponsorships and partnerships
- Experience with project management and event planning
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
