Nuovo Artistic Studios is a semi-nude artistic photography company that operates a collective of photography studios across North America. Leveraging its marketing, design, operation, and technological expertise, Nuovo is the force behind a never-before-seen approach to celebrating the power of individual beauty through a luxury photography experience.

Were seeking a Business Development Account Manager to join our team based out of Miami. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and closing business opportunities within the Miami region in conjunction with our Miami studio and HQ departments by visiting and meeting with local businesses in-person to foster strong working partnerships. You will work closely with our existing relations to identify new growth opportunities while also leveraging your sales and elocution skills in person to generate new business relationships. Our ideal candidate is a sales-oriented individual who thrives in exceeding sales targets through meeting with existing and potential business partners to foster effective and constructive relationships with internal and external clients and associates earning trust and respect through demonstrating a consistent commitment to exceed expectations.

Duties?

  • Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives;
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through visiting businesses, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other creative methods;
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with brands and businesses in Miami and surrounding regions;
  • Generate and prospect new leads to identify and develop new customers for products and services;
  • Research and develop strategies to increase customer base;
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of Sales, methods, costs, and results;
  • Directly manage the major and critical development of client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts;
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures;
  • Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings and networking events when necessary to promote the company;
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation, issuance, and delivery of Sales materials;
  • Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors;
  • Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.

Requirements

Requirements?

  • 2+ years of previous Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets/quotas;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication/conversational skills;
  • MUST have a car with a valid drivers license;
  • MUST have a cell phone with data;
  • Maintain a strong sense of independence and possess efficient problem-solving skills;
  • Clear communication and the ability to self-manage time and schedule;
  • Extremely flexible schedule must be able to schedule own time in conjunction with the time of prospective clients and business partners;
  • Ability to act as a face for Nuovo Studios while communicating the brand ethos to engage people positively;
  • Must be able to work with a team or independently.

  • Strong knowledge of standard business software and sales enablement solutions;

  • Skilled in utilizing social media and social selling;
  • Contract negotiation skills;
  • Strong closing skills to sell and promote energetically (and aggressively when necessary);
  • Must embody ambition, determination, and discipline.

Please note that this is an in-person position candidates must be able to commute throughout Miami reliably and surrounding regions to effectively and successfully achieve the duties of this position.
