Our Sequim-East office is looking for a professional Broker to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Broker's responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties

• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation

• Have a servant's heart approach to customer service
• Great communication and social skills
• Have an abundance mindset
• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Must be 18+
