Responsibilities
- Sales
- Establishes and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
- Presents solid arguments to customers to promote products and services.
- Upsells where appropriate.
- Coordinates sales efforts with the rest of the sales department.
- Performs needs analysis of existing and potential customers to make sure their needs are being met.
- Accelerates the resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction.
- Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieves sales targets within schedule.
- Supplies management with reports on customer behavior, including needs, interests and problems.
- Informs management if there is potential for new products and services based on customer behavior.
- Account Management
- Communicates with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Builds relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Identifies industry trends.
- Collaborates with sales department to fulfill client needs and reach prospective clients.
- Tracks client account metrics.
- Keeps records of client transactions.
- Resolves complaints.
- Prevents additional issues by improving processes.
- Maintains updated, in-depth knowledge of Company product.
- Trains junior members of the sales team.
- Services multiple clients concurrently, while meeting deadlines.
- Acts as client advocate.
- Focuses on improving the buyer experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar sales-focused position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, energetic and self-driven
- Proven ability to manage and develop net new leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
