Responsibilities

  • Sales
    1. Establishes and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
    2. Presents solid arguments to customers to promote products and services.
    3. Upsells where appropriate.
    4. Coordinates sales efforts with the rest of the sales department.
    5. Performs needs analysis of existing and potential customers to make sure their needs are being met.
    6. Accelerates the resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction.
    7. Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling.
    8. Achieves sales targets within schedule.
    9. Supplies management with reports on customer behavior, including needs, interests and problems.
    10. Informs management if there is potential for new products and services based on customer behavior.
  • Account Management
    1. Communicates with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
    2. Builds relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
    3. Identifies industry trends.
    4. Collaborates with sales department to fulfill client needs and reach prospective clients.
    5. Tracks client account metrics.
    6. Keeps records of client transactions.
    7. Resolves complaints.
    8. Prevents additional issues by improving processes.
    9. Maintains updated, in-depth knowledge of Company product.
    10. Trains junior members of the sales team.
    11. Services multiple clients concurrently, while meeting deadlines.
    12. Acts as client advocate.
    13. Focuses on improving the buyer experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar sales-focused position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative, energetic and self-driven
  • Proven ability to manage and develop net new leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
