Our high-quality cabinets and countertops are only as good as our installations, which is why we are seeking a friendly and experienced Cabinet/Countertop Installer to join our team. As the Cabinet/Countertop Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' dreams become a reality. You will be responsible for installing cabinets and countertops with precision and care, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities

• Install cabinets and countertops in homes and commercial settings
• Read and analyze blueprints and drawings to determine layout and installation requirements
• Measure and cut materials to the appropriate size and shape, using hand and power tools
• Trim and finish edges using appropriate materials and techniques
• Safely operate hand and power tools required for installation
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Install countertops, backsplash, and molding
• Fill nail holes and smooth surfaces with wood filler or putty
• Install hardware on cabinets such as handles and knobs
• Connect cabinets together using dowels, screws, and plate joiners
• Secure cabinets to wall studs or floor using screws

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cabinet/countertop installation
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work on time
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong math skills
