Los Alamos Retirement Community is is seeking a Central Supply & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible to assist in the day-to-day accounting functions of the facility in accordance with the current acceptable billing and cost reimbursement principles relating to nursing facility operations, and as may be directed by the Administrator and Corporate Support Staff.
Our community is located in Los Alamos overlooking the beautiful Pueblo Canyon surrounded by the Jemez Mountains. Sombrillo Nursing & Rehabilitation offers a small, home-like feel with a continuum of care and nationally recognized programs.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
- Scheduling team members in nursing department
- Assist in the replacement of team members for shifts as needed
- Assist with the organization of all small equipment and supply rooms
- Assist with the ordering of supplies and small equipment
- Receive all supply and small equipment orders
- Stock all supply rooms Assist with spend down sheets for prescribed budget
Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with creating and maintaining a schedule
- Computer experience
- Experience in central supply and ordering
- Understanding of central supply budgets
