In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing catering operations and providing excellent service to our clients.

As the Catering Manager, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with our clients and ensure that their catering needs are met with quality services. You will also be responsible for managing and training catering staff, developing menus, and overseeing event setups. Our goal is to provide exceptional culinary experiences to our clients, and we need you to lead the way!

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day catering operations, including scheduling, staff training, and overseeing events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high-quality catering services.
• Create and execute catering menus based on client needs and preferences.
• Manage catering budgets and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in all catering operations.
• Collaborate with event planners and other departments to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle any client concerns or feedback.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in catering or hospitality management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of catering industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to manage budgets and expenses effectively.
• Experience in developing and executing catering menus.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
