RequirementsQualifications Typically requires a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience in technical sales with a Bachelors degree in Business, Science and/or Engineering; or equivalent relevant industry experience. Proven track record of increasing sales revenue year over year to industrial customers. Pulp & Paper/Water industry experience is considered an asset. Demonstrated ability to make decisions, balancing customer needs and company objectives Strong competency in value-selling, using ROI financial metrics to achieve customer goals Ability to build customer relationships quickly, versatile across different styles Ability to influence others through direct and indirect methods Sensitive to new business opportunities and creative approaches to gain Business acumen and negotiating skills required for Sr. level customer interface Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of people in the organization Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience using CRM/Sales metrics to report, measure and drive sales growth and to provide sales forecasts? Industry and customer literate, or ability to pick up industry and company technologies quickly Leadership ability and command skills Drive for results; proactively addresses complex issues Strong Problem solving and Communication skills Ability to establish relationships at all levels of management Must possess a strong operating rhythm with the field salesforce BenefitsTo be discussed during the interview process.
