Citadel at Home, a leading provider of home care services, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the placement of clients with in-home caregivers. You will work closely with clients and their families to ensure that their needs are met with the highest level of care possible. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the placement of clients with in-home caregivers
• Work closely with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client information
• Ensure that caregivers are properly screened and trained before placement
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and caregivers
• Collaborate with other members of the placement team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Familiarity with home care services and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
