Citizens State Bank in Roberts, WI is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative! This role serves as an integral contact point for our customers as you process daily transactions, balance a teller drawer daily, and help customers in-person, over the phone, or online with any banking needs they have. Desired candidates will also be able to help explain, promote, and sell beneficial bank products and services.

The bank is headquartered in Hudson and has four additional offices to serve its customers -- Elmwood, Menomonie, Roberts, and Woodville.

Requirements
Applicants must possess excellent customer services skills and the ability to work well as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Cash handling and some computer skills are preferred, and prior banking experience is considered a plus, but is not required. Customer Service Representatives are expected to work approximately 25-30 hours per week with the option to fill in more as needed. This will include rotating Saturday shifts.
Applicants must have the ability to operate a computer, telephone, fax, postage machine, coin and currency counter, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
