The Online Operations Coordinator is responsible for the assembly and maintenance of website content using various CMS tools. The Online Operations Coordinator reviews and provide feedback on business requests and requirements to execute and deploy landing pages, including but not limited to e-commerce pages. The Coordinator will also perform review and testing of pages before deployment.
Requirements
1. Assemble web pages and content using CMS tools - 70%
2. Review and confirm accuracy of assembled web pages and content using CMS
a. Ensure user experience journey flows according business requirements 15%
3. Working with development team to identify new feature enhancements to CMS tool to improve productivity and efficiency - 10%
4. Troubleshoot issues as they arise. 5%
Bachelors Degree or Technical Certificate.
Experience with a CMS preferred but not required
Basic HTML preferred but not required
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
