Due to a massive market opportunity and ongoing demand for our employee communication and engagement platform, we are ready to break ground in designing and building out the Global Blink Partner & Alliance Program. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in a category that is gaining a lot of awareness and momentum. This role will be critical to help Blink assess the market and run point on identifying, creating and managing the network of partnerships that will deliver compounded growth opportunities for the company.

This position will report directly to the CRO and be responsible for helping to develop a comprehensive partnership strategy and operating model to maximise Blinks presence in the market. This is the first Director of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances roles at Blink, so youll be responsible for the design, buildout and delivery of our partnerships model, as well as nurturing and cultivating the partnerships already in place.

Responsibilties include:

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue and value for all parties.
  • Coordinate the research process to identify new markets and partnership opportunities, identifying the best potential partners to add maximum value to Blink inclusive of:
  • Major Technology Providers Workday, ADP (HCM), ServiceNow and other major platform providers
    • Boutique VARS (Sales & Service) The next gen platform to build a catalogue of offerings around
    • GSIs, global integration network to compliment where desk-based technology solutions fall short
  • Manage the lifecycle of net new & existing partner relationships, nurture, train and accelerate them toward contracted relationships with shared revenue goals and responsibilities.
  • Establish partnership KPIs and processes to track partner engagement, new opportunities, and revenue
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports on progress, status and results of partnership activities, trends & metrics
  • Establish a vision, brand and set of clear expectations for the Blink Alliance Program relationships
  • Build and manage the Blink deal registration (HubSpot), partner enablement initiatives and regional partner communications
  • Serve as the escalation point for issues/challenges regarding specific field opportunities and/or post sale implementation activities with our sales & implementation team
  • Orchestrate internal cross-functional activities in collaboration with product managers, sales, and client success to ensure a successful partner launch.
  • Partner with internal Marketing and Sales to drive results from partnership relationships and drive co-marketing initiatives/assets.
  • Collaborate with peers to support product/ corporate marketing for events and activities with designated partners and partner/channel based offers
  • Build long term strategic relationships and align Blink's executive team to partner executive team, as well as, partner and field sales teams

Requirements


7+ years of experience in a growth-driving role, including building, managing, and evolving partnerships that drive incremental growth.

Partnering experience in driving solutions with Global System Integrators a plus

Knowledge of, and wide range of contacts within, SAAS, IT Cloud Services, HR Tech and GSI industries

Proven impact in developing creative partnership structures and go-to-market strategies.

Experience in the SaaS and/or HR Tech industry,

A ruthless prioritiser, able to manage multiple projects at any time with strict adherence to deadlines

Ability to establish and cultivate senior level relationships

An elite communicator, able to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders & strong communication skills (written & verbal) to deliver business outcomes to executives

A process improvement mindset, able to identify and implement areas for improvement, particularly in a scaling environment

You are organized and can produce clean documentation that is complete and kept up to date over time

Experience working as part of a fast-paced software development team is a bonus
