POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a committed and self-motivated intern to join the Enterprise Solutions team. This is a temporary position to assist the Enterprise team with product information management and the planning and executing of the companys brand refresh process and new product launches.

This internship offers exposure to various healthcare distribution channels, GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations), and the operational environment in which a medical product manufacturer operates with its business partners. The right candidate will have an opportunity to collaborate with professionals in a cross-functional capacity, gain skills across several disciplines, and impact the Enterprise teams processes, procedures, and overall success.

This is a part-time internship up to 20 hours per week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of all Kate Farms product details, descriptions, and attributes (product information management).
  • Contribute to development and execution of the companys product launch processes.
  • Participate in the execution of our major brand refresh initiative, as it relates to distributor and GPO partners.
  • Audit, update, and monitor Kate Farms product information on distributor and GPO portals.
  • Assist with instituting wholesale price increases across all distribution channels.
  • Assist with the teams project management.
  • Develop knowledge of the Kate Farms medical nutrition formula portfolio.
  • Attend specified staff meetings when schedule permits.
  • Utilize a consistent workflow with expected results delivered daily.
  • Follow Kate Farms employee and intern policies, procedures, and guidelines.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma and ideally pursuing a college degree in business, sales/marketing, project management, healthcare, or supply chain management.
  • Ability to quickly learn functionality of proprietary software and data used to manage our business.
  • Strong attention to details with proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Positivity and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented workplace.
  • Independent self-starter and exceedingly responsible.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft suite Excel, PowerPoint, and Word as well as Outlook calendar.
  • Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment.

If the position applied to is not located in Colorado, NYC, or California, the following information may not apply. The hourly rate for this position ranges between $18 - $20. The pay range represents the low and high end of the Kate Farms salary range for this position. This range will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, internal pay alignment, and performance.
