Construction Safety Consulting Firm is seeking Experienced NYS Licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect with NYC Building Code experience in the New York, NY area.

Candidate must be familiar with and perform the following:

• Serve as the Primary Director and Technical Director for a NYC Special Inspection Agency that performs Tenant Protection Plan inspections only;
• Serve as Technical Supervisor to supervise and manage an engineering department specializing in various safety plans such as site safety plans, tenant protection plans, occupant protection plans, and other plans as may be required by NYC agencies;

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current NYS Professional Engineering License required;
• NYC Building Code and management/supervisory experience a must.
