With 18 years in the industry, we run established, family owned, and highly successful fine art studios specializing in family portraiture. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our successful team as we grow our Miami office with a talented group of top performers!
Requirements
You will be responsible for booking clients into the calendar for our growing studios. Ensuring that our clients receive a high level of customer service and our calendar of appointments are full.
You are adept at outbound calling to warm leads and closing a sale efficiently and confidently.
You are a punctual, well-presented, motivated, and target-driven individual; outgoing, well-spoken, and engaging.
You're a reliable team player and have the ability to work autonomously while dealing efficiently and thoroughly with the booking process.
You exude confidence, build rapport easily, and are an expert at active listening.
You have the ability to follow a script in an authentic way, maintain excitement, and consistently hit performance goals.
You are commission-driven and love to break records.
Phone sales experience and the ability to ask for the sale are REQUIRED skills.
Telemarketing experience HIGHLY PREFERRED.
Knowledge in portraiture or art is not required, as your focus will be on setting appointments.
Candidate must live in the Miami-Dade area, be prepared to commute to our Coral Gables office daily, and have reliable transportation.
